Honestly the hotel should be only 2 stars maximum 3 * it doesnt deserve to be 4* there is no view sea from the room as you mention it at the picture

the room decoration is great, staff very nice and always there for help, didn't try the bkft, location is in city centre means if you look for view and quiet rm is not for you but is next to everything special the port and his nice restaurants

its a dHale tahar or Is marketed Abd sole on Booking.com as 4 stars htel with swiming pool and beach accs WGFJ ut Is absolument not ! they give a voucher to go to a nearby hotel through streets and access their far neighbours facilities !!! its an absolute shame for what we paid ! add to that less than one star hotel breakfast ! it was a bad start to our holiday in Tunisia. thank you bookin for checking your partners facilities before selling them at a price they are not worth.

good sized and comfortable bedroom with balcony. There was an unsolved problem with the bathroom and they changed our room. Help with carrying our unpacked bags that evening would have been even nicer. The morning staff and reception were particularly friendly and when we returned unexpectedly that night again, the receptionist and staff were very kind and helpful. The breakfast is nice, fairly normal, but again the staff were very attentive. Thank you.

Hotel is at the center of the city close to all activities. The staff was very welcoming and helpful gave us free passes to an event. Room was clean. Food was good too.
